System Development

Our system development team delivers custom, safe, and certifiable system solutions for vehicle integration. We develop safety-critical applications up to SIL4 according to standardized processes, including SQAP, cybersecurity, and RAM.

We ensure compliance with functional safety requirements, protect existing functions from unintended effects, and create sub-requirements, test procedures, and diagnostic capabilities for safe product verification. Our services include functional system specifications, block and signal diagrams, functional wiring diagrams, software aspects, and FMEA analyses.

Electrical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

We focus on standards-compliant modernization and system integration to extend lifecycles, increase availability, and ensure economical, interoperable solutions. Our expertise includes brakes, air supply, compressors, brake panels, and ECM.

Reverse Engineering

Our reverse engineering team analyzes existing products and systems to understand their structure and functionality. The goal is to create digital models or blueprints from finished products for reproductions, optimizations, or new solutions.

The focus is on mechanical integration, CAD implementation, and testing of existing systems. The team also supports installation and modifications to ensure smooth implementation.

Refurbishment & Retrofit

Our refurbishment team focuses on modernizing, repairing, and upgrading existing vehicles. A key area is integrating additional systems, including ETCS, to implement modern train control technologies. Existing components are supplemented or updated, always considering technical, economic, and safety aspects.

Verification & (Software) Validation

Our verification and validation team ensures that all processes and systems comply with EN 50126 and IEC 62443. We support defining and implementing roles within the V-model and ensure that verification and validation activities are precise, traceable, and standards-compliant.
