Ethical Principals

Ethical principles of InterEngineer GmbH

InterEngineer GmbH is an internationally operating company and is characterized by its ethical principles towards its employees, business partners, customers, suppliers, society and the environment.

All actions and behavior, whether internal or external, are governed by the InterEngineer GmbH Code of Ethics. The ethical principles are based on our five most important corporate values: team spirit, agility, integrity, passion and respect.

Our managers are responsible for passing on our principles to employees, partners, suppliers and our customers and for ensuring that they are observed.

Our employees are required to familiarize themselves with the ethical principles, to follow them and to demand that other employees do the same.

Social responsibility

We are aware of our social responsibility towards society and act in accordance with ethical principles, laws and guidelines.

We respect human rights and do not tolerate any unlawful discrimination.

We reject child labor, including among our business partners.

Employees

We live an appreciative, trusting relationship in our company, in which courtesy and mutual respect are expected.

We create a pleasant working atmosphere and offer tailor-made development programs to promote the social and professional skills of our employees.

We offer every employee equal opportunities, regardless of gender, nationality, origin, religion, ideology, age, disability, sexual orientation, skin color, political views and lifestyle or other legally protected characteristics.

Environment

We bear responsibility for the environmental compatibility and sustainability of our sites. We strive to act in an environmentally friendly and progressive manner.

The careful use of resources and compliance with environmental protection laws and regulations are important to us. When planning business trips, the choice of means of transportation is made with environmental aspects in mind.

As a company, we want to set future-oriented standards and are focusing on the switch to e-mobility and the company’s own expansion of renewable energies.

Customers & Partners

Our business relationships are based on our ethical principles, which we also expect from our partners. We therefore demand and promote fair competition with our partners and customers.

We maintain a trusting and respectful relationship in order to be able to enter into long-term collaborations and partnerships. To avoid conflicts of interest, personal interests within business relationships are not taken into account.

Reciprocal payments between our customers and partners are only permitted to a limited extent. We do not enter into business relationships in the military sector or with countries in which human rights are disregarded.

Data protection

We protect the personal data of our employees, former employees, customers, partners and other data subjects in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Only data that is relevant for further processes is collected and stored.

After termination of a relationship, we destroy the data that is no longer required. We respect the protection of privacy and the security of business data, customer and supplier information as well as trade and business secrets.

Our employees are obliged to protect these secrets and not to disclose them to third parties in any unauthorized manner. In doing so, we take into account the legal and contractual requirements. Any security loopholes identified are rectified immediately.
