InnoTrans 2024: an absolute highlight

InterEngineer GmbH’s participation in InnoTrans 2024 was an outstanding success. Together with the Rail Safety Campus, we presented ourselves in an absolutely top location in the CityCube Berlin, the central contact point for experts and decision-makers from the rail industry. Our joint stand was strategically placed so that we could enjoy enormous visibility and attention. The numerous visitors and the lively interest in our services clearly showed that the topics we specialize in are more current and relevant than ever.

The focus of our presentations was in particular on the areas of retrofitting rail vehicles and the approval of these vehicles. With years of experience and in-depth expertise in these areas, we were able to impressively demonstrate how InterEngineer supports companies in efficiently modernizing their existing vehicle fleets and adapting them to the latest technical and safety standards. Our retrofit solutions not only help to extend the service life of vehicles, but also make it possible to meet the increasing demands in terms of safety, comfort and environmental friendliness. This is particularly important at a time when the rail industry is increasingly focusing on sustainability and resource conservation.

Another focus of our trade fair appearance was navigating the complex assessment and approval process in Germany and other European countries. This demonstrated our comprehensive expertise in relation to the requirements of the fourth railway package, which aims to harmonize European railway law and simplify approval procedures. InterEngineer accompanies its customers step by step through this process and ensures that requirements are met in order to ensure quick and smooth approval of rail vehicles both in Germany and other European countries. Our many years of experience in working with the relevant authorities and institutions enables us to identify and remove obstacles at an early stage so that our customers can concentrate on their core tasks.

The response to our services and our presentations was overwhelming. The technical discussions and conversations with the numerous interested parties who visited our stand in particular showed us that our topics are of great interest to the experts. Many visitors appreciated our practical insights into the approval process and the challenges of modernizing existing vehicle fleets. It was inspiring to see how much food for thought we were able to take away from the discussions and we look forward to incorporating these into future projects.
