Summer party 2024: InterEngineer and Rail Safety Campus celebrate joint summer party at Gut Bielenberg

What a great and unforgettable event! Our joint summer party, organized by InterEngineer and the Rail Safety Campus, took place at the breathtaking event location Gut Bielenberg and was a complete success. The picturesque backdrop, coupled with exciting content and a lively atmosphere, made the evening an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

A special highlight were the inspiring lectures that shaped the evening. They were not only exciting, but also entertaining and stimulated many conversations and discussions. What was particularly pleasing was the variety of topics that captivated the audience and provided many new food for thought.

Our special thanks go to Norbert Schäfer, 𝗩𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝘃𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗡𝗔 𝗲.𝗩., who traveled from Nuremberg especially for this occasion. His lecture on the importance of innovation, education and knowledge in the complex system of the railway industry was inspiring and led to lively discussions among the participants. It was particularly emphasized that innovation occurs primarily when people communicate with each other who are facing similar challenges or working towards common goals. This aspect was impressively illustrated by Norbert Schäfer and provided new insights into the importance of communication in today’s working world.

It also became clear that knowledge does not only consist of theoretical concepts, but is gained through practical experience. The transfer of this knowledge is a key success factor for every company and is particularly important for the rail industry. Only through the active exchange of experience and knowledge can innovations be driven forward and sustainable success achieved.

Another big thank you goes to Tim Hildebrandt, who as 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘀𝘃𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗵𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗸 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗴-𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 impressively emphasized how crucial cooperation between companies in the field of railway technology is. Only through close cooperation and the exchange of knowledge can the necessary innovations be driven forward. At the same time, this is the key to remaining internationally competitive. A company can only grow as quickly as it is able to absorb and implement knowledge and innovation. The topic of “safety” was also highlighted as a central factor that must be continuously developed in order to meet the challenges of the future.

We at InterEngineer are proud to actively contribute to knowledge transfer and promote innovative solutions with our training courses at the Rail Safety Campus. On our campus, we not only offer practical training courses, but also create a platform on which valuable contacts are made and exchange between experts is encouraged.

A big thank you goes to the numerous visitors from the areas of banking, monument protection, railway technology, railway operations, funding and many other industries. Your enthusiasm and commitment made our summer party a very special event. We are already looking forward to the next joint event!
